Future Health Programme Director Richard Sloggett joined 2 former Canadian Premiers and a past President of the Canadian Medical Association to discuss future healthcare system models. Richard provided an international perspective on how health systems are changing, particularly drawing on some of the proposed reforms to the single-payer model in England.

The panel discussion focused heavily on how to better design care around patients. Richard talked about the opportunities of more personalised prevention that new technology and data is bringing to deliver this – drawing on Future Health’s technology and prevention work.
